When do you charge?
We never charge automatically. The 7-day trial runs without a credit card. If you want to continue, you add your payment method before or at the end of the trial and choose a plan. If you do nothing, your access is simply paused — no charge and no data loss.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes — at any time, without giving a reason. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Your chat history remains available until then.
How do I switch plans?
In your account settings you can upgrade or downgrade. For an upgrade, the difference is charged on a pro-rata basis; for a downgrade, the change takes effect at the next billing period.
What is Muḥsin?
Muḥsin is not a subscription with more power. It is a way to support Islamify voluntarily. The donation page explains what the funds are used for and where the project is heading.
What happens after the 7-day trial if I don't continue?
Nothing is charged — there is no stored payment method. Your access is paused; your account and chat history remain intact. If you decide to continue later, you can reactivate at any time by subscribing.
Is there an annual discount?
Not currently. We are working on offering annual billing with a discount in the future. As soon as that is available, we will notify all existing subscribers by email.
What if I can't afford it right now?
Write to us. Life situations differ — if you genuinely want to learn but a paid subscription isn't possible right now, we'll try to find a solution together. Sponsorships are intended to be funded by donations and support contributions; there is no legal entitlement.
Why different prices if the content is the same?
A fair question. Every request incurs costs at the AI provider — the longer and more complex the conversation, the more computing power is required. That is why we show usage as Dirhem instead of fixed question counts. Quality and speed stay the same; you pay only for your usage scope.
