Cookies and local storage

We only store in your browser what is genuinely needed to run Islamify.ai. Here we explain transparently what that is, why we store it — and what you can change yourself.
Strictly necessary cookies (sign-in and session)
When you sign in to Islamify.ai, we set cookies that are technically required for signing in:
- Login token: keeps your session active so that you stay signed in and do not have to log in again on every page.
- Sign-in security cookies: set by our authentication service at auth.islamify.ai, they protect the sign-in process — for example against forged sign-in requests.
Without these cookies the service does not work — signing in would not be technically possible. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.
Local storage (not a cookie)
Your language and your interface settings (for example light or dark theme) are kept in your browser's localStorage. This is not a cookie: these settings stay on your device and do not leave it.
Reach measurement (Plausible)
To understand how many people visit our pages, we use Plausible Analytics — self-hosted in the EU. Plausible works without cookies and without personal profiles: only anonymous page views are measured.
The setting applies per browser and per device. It is stored as plausible_ignore in this browser's local storage — on other devices or in other browsers you will need to set it again.
No advertising cookies
We do not set advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. We have no ad network, no retargeting, and no sale of data.
